Maximizing Your Savings: A Guide to Getting the Most Out of the Target Circle App

Most people know that by using the Target Circle Card (formerly, the Target Red Card), you automatically get 5% off your total purchase, but did you also know about the Target Circle app?

If I had to pick, here are three of my favorite things about the Target app:

1. The scanner: I love being able to scan items on the spot to compare prices, BUT also, when you scan, the app will show any deals that are currently available, whether it be a Target coupon or a manufacturer's coupon.

2. Goodbye receipts: I love the idea that I no longer have to keep physical copies of my receipts anymore as the Target app will store all your online and physical store purchases within the app! Returning items is so simple. You’ll just need to scan your wallet code and voilà: all your purchases are now available to the cashier.

3. Price Matching capability: Did you know that Target store prices have to match the prices on Target.com? They make it so simple to compare prices between online and store with the scanner function. Just make sure that you compare the price at checkout and show the cashier the price listed on the app. I’ve noticed that toys seem to be overpriced in stores, so always make sure to double-check!
